Prisoners released under the Venezuelan amnesty law reunited with their loved ones on Sunday (February 22) outside El Helicoide prison in Caracas, sending messages of hope for those still in custody. Venezuela has received more than 1,550 requests under its new amnesty law, National Assembly President Jorge Rodriguez said on state-run television on Saturday.
