Nintendo expands Mii options with non-binary choice in Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream

Nintendos upcoming Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream launches its first non-binary Mii option, along with same-sex relationship choices. Introduced during the January 29, 2026 Nintendo Direct, the game enables players to select male, female, or non-binary genders, adjust voice pitch, and define dating preferences. Miis live on a customizable island, interacting, making friendships, and involving in romantic scenarios with agency over their decisions.
