Amit Shah hits out at Mamata govt in West Bengal, vows to form BJP government
Addressing a Karyakarta Sammelan in North 24 Parganas, Union Home Minister Amit Shah launched a blistering attack on West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, alleging a conspiracy behind the Anandpur warehouse fire, institutionalised corruption under the TMC regime, and deliberate facilitation of infiltration. The Home Minister asserted that if BJP forms the government in 2026, border fencing with Bangladesh will be completed within 45 days, corruption cases will be probed under Supreme Court supervision, and central funds will directly reach the poor.
